A little bit about Blair
Blair was trained in Mat Pilates by Equinox in 2021. "the strength and control aspect of Pilates has always intrigued me and I like to include pilates-inspired movement in all of my classes to help clients feel strong and build internal heat."
If Blair isn't teaching yoga or fitness she is most likely working her other job in journalism or enjoying the beautiful Charleston weather and beaches with her dog and husband.
Blair previously lived in Nashville, TN, and Malibu, CA!

Blair completed her training with Corepower Yoga in 2020 and has been teaching yoga classes since then. Her teaching style is power vinyasa, which blends strengthening poses and sequences with upbeat music. In addition to power vinyasa, Blair also teaches restorative yoga and prayer yoga classes.
Blair's yoga classes aim to have fun, regardless of the style of yoga being taught. The ultimate goal is for students to leave the class feeling pleasantly surprised and saying, "that was so much fun!"
